It is a 6th floor walk-up - building staircase is wide  and so it is not particularly challenging.

The 4 sleeping units are accessed by a staircase leading to the transformed Alcoves. This winding staircase is not wide and can be challenging for some people
especially if you are above 6ft tall.

NB - Also note that although the apartment is absolutely immaculate and totally refurbished, it is in a building which is not "as well kept " as we would have liked
it to be.

The surface area of 20+40m² is the footprint area - it includes low floor to ceiling areas
As you enter, the lower level
space of 22m² accommodates
an open kitchen, shower and

side, as well as one near the
